
Norfolk, VA (October 8, 2025) – A crash on the westbound side of Interstate 64 near 15th View St left multiple people injured Monday afternoon, October 6, and prompted a large emergency response. The incident was reported at about 1:53 p.m. at Exit 272.
According to Norfolk City Fire and EMS dispatch, Battalion 2, Engine 13, Ladder 13, and Medic 9 responded to the scene and operated on Tac Channel 6. Emergency crews treated injured individuals at the location, though the severity of the injuries has not been confirmed.
The crash caused temporary road closures on the eastbound side of the 1500 block of Little Creek Rd. Norfolk Police assisted in controlling traffic and remained on-site until a tow truck arrived to remove the damaged vehicle or vehicles.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation, and no additional information has been released at this time.
